We have conducted business with Mr Christian Lefèvre, owner of Coquille Bonheur, from the inception of his DMC operation in Mauritius. In fact, I first met Mr Lefèvre during his time as the principle of a Zimbabwe DMC and continued to do business with him after his return to Mauritius.

Wildlife Safari is the premier luxury tour operator to Africa, India, Arabia & Indian Ocean, so I expect our clients must be handled by the best DMC in each of our destinations and "service, service, service" is my priority over "price, price, price".

Your service during the booking period was 1st class promptly answering any questions we had, your agents at Mauritius airport were very good also and we definitely use you again when we return sooner rather than later we hope to your wonderful island.

The Beau Rivage was a true 5 star. The location, food, rooms and the service were excellent and we came back feeling well and truly spoilt and pampered. We would recommend anyone staying here to do as we did and stay on the "Luxury Package" as this enables you to experience all of the great restaurants at this hotel and have no nasty bills for food or drink at the end of your stay. We can assure you that although this is expensive it is well worth the cost.

We had a great holiday, thank you! Accommodation, hotel restaurants and activities were very good.

We were on half board but probably all inclusive would have been better because the price level of food and drinks was quite high in the hotel. Coquille-Bonheur had also excellent service. We took two day trips from then: one roundtrip around the island and one catamaran cruise. Both were very well organized and interesting

Everything was perfect. Coquille Bonheur people were very friendly and helped me a lot when my bags didn't arrive. In fact, they came in the next flight, one hour later, and they took the group to the hotel and came back to take me and the bags.

The Shandrani is a very nice place and we had a wonderful time there

Just to report back that the holiday was excellent. Hotel still up to its old standard, like returning to old family friends by now. Weather very much better than on our usual Jan/Feb visits, so we shall switch to November in future, but next time take in November 26 when the hotel celebrates its own birthday each year.

Your new agents Coquille Bonheur are a great improvement on White Sands. Very helpful on arrival but particularly helpful on departure. We did not check in online either going out or coming back. The CB man stayed with us all through the check in procedure, helping us overcome a few difficulties. We used them once to go to Chamarel and the diver/guide was excellent…..

Many thanks for the basket, already serving now as a bag for life, the rum and the telephone which we did use once or twice.

Hello Sandrine

I fell in love with your beautiful island and the Mauritians all over again. We arrived back in Johannesburg yesterday, just a little tired after the early start. Thank-you for a fabulous trip (we were spoilt) and sorting out the missing camera for us. We were in good hands with Thompsons. I also wish to extend my thanks to Goranah, our driver, for whisking us around the island and for being so accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I will be in touch with John today to give him some feedback and the way forward.
