Scents & Colours (Full day South)

The itinerary towards the heart of the island and the South will enchant you. Discover the charm of inland Mauritius with the visit of the Mauritius Glass Gallery, a unique exhibition of international and local celebrities hand casts in recycle glass and where you can have your own hand cast in glass. Your next stop will be The Sacred Lake of Grand Bassin, one of the most ancient pilgrim destinations of the Hindus. You will then drive through the Black River Gorges, endemic fauna and flora with a photo stop at the panoramic viewpoint of Gorges. After an exceptional culinary experience at a local restaurant, an unforgettable stop will be the Chamarel Waterfalls and its spectacular 7 Coloured Earth, a unique natural wonder.

Port Louis of Mahé de Labourdonnais (Half day city tour)

Discover the authentic facet of Port Louis, a pleasantly surprising and vivacious city. From the Fort Adelaide overlooking the harbour and Champs de Mars racecourse our unique horse racing track to the Port Louis central market which sums up the charm of Mauritius; handicrafts, vegetables, spices and souvenirs. Explore the China town which looks like a vintage version of Port Louis and end your day at the Caudan Waterfront Shopping mall symbol of the capital modernity which harmonises shopping, leisure and cuisine in a modern setting.

Tropical North (Full day North)

Discover the wonders of the Northern part of Mauritius with its charming aspects, laden with history; cultural and scenic views. Make a stop at Port Louis city then explore the cultural richness of the island by exploring a famous Tamil temple. We will then take you to one of the famous attractions of the island, The Pamplemousses Botanical Garden, known worldwide for its large collection of indigenous and exotic plants. Then head North to Grand Baie and Cap Malheureux offering a magnificent view on Gunner’s Quoin and other islands in the surroundings.

1001 fragrances & colours (Full day tea route)

The succession of fragrances and the contrast of a multitude of colours enrich this outing which alternates between the past and the present. The day starts with the visit of a colonial house of the late 19th century, where you will be immersed in the history and discover antique furniture. You will drive through Bois Chéri, the first tea plantations of Mauritius and enjoy a tea tasting experience. Then head to the Sugar Estate of Saint Aubin, in the South. You will visit a rum distillery, a small sugar factory and ‘La Maison de la Vanille’ where you can appreciate the process of transformation of this marvelous aroma. End the day at a Natural Park.

Wild Mauritius (Full day at Mahebourg typical Village)

Mahebourg is, without doubt, the most Mauritian of all Mauritian villages! From its status of a major slave market to its transformation into an environment-friendly tourist spot, the village has kept its historical identity, as colourful and typical as ever. There you can find colonial mansions next to a mosque and fishmongers selling at the top of their voice their catch of the day by strolling in the small streets.

Island Libations (Full day Rum & Wine tasting) 

This enriching tour will make you discover a selection of authentic rum, wine and beer. Start the tour by discovering a local lychee wine production unique to Mauritius. In a serene setting, you will be greeted by the owner himself who will share with you his savoir-faire. Then head to a colonial house and enjoy a guided visit of its artisanal rum distillery made from delicious sugar cane. A rum tasting session will give you the chance to try different, skilfully made rums, such as the white agricultural rum. Lastly drive to Bois Cheri tea plantations to discover the history, stories and tales of the Bois Chéri and the importance of tea productions in Mauritius. End the day with a tea tasting of the various delicious flavours produced there at the chalet enjoying a panoramic view of the plantations and the lake.

Flea Markets & Shopping Tour

When it comes to shopping Mauritius is a place that doesn't disappoint also known as a shopping paradise. Here you will find a wide choice ranging from shopping in authentic flea markets or a relaxed atmosphere in shopping centers, shopping in craft markets, or even buying artisanal objects from hawkers on the streets.
