A delegation of South African travel professionals, led by Vanessa de Stefano from Thompsons Holidays, arrived in Mauritius this week for a one-week familiarisation (FAM) trip.

The programme includes hotel site inspections, meetings with hospitality partners, and immersive experiences showcasing the island's tourism offerings—all coordinated by Coquille Bonheur, the local representative of Thompsons Holidays.

Constance Hotels & Resorts welcomed the group for the first stage of the educational tour. By the end of the trip, these travel agents will return home equipped with valuable product knowledge and firsthand experience, enabling them to confidently promote Mauritius to their clients.
