Ki Position? Tou Korek? - Mental Health Awareness Campaign

Coquille Bonheur Launches “Ki Position, Tou Korek”: Because Beyond the Profession, There Is the Human Being
Coquille Bonheur is taking a decisive step forward in its commitment to the well-being of its people with the official launch of “Ki Position, Tou Korek” at Le Labourdonnais Hotel on Wednesday, 26 August 2026.

This initiative was born from a profound realisation following a tragic event that affected the company. The programme transforms a difficult experience into concrete action: to listen, to protect, and to ensure that no one has to suffer in silence.

In the tourism industry, high standards and demanding responsibilities are part of everyday life. Behind the smiles and commitment to delivering excellence, however, there can sometimes be invisible struggles and emotional distress.

Our conviction is clear: we cannot create memorable experiences for our guests while overlooking the well-being of the people who make those experiences possible.

A Shield of Listening and Compassion
As an extension of our “Above All We Care” commitment, “Ki Position, Tou Korek” is built around several key pillars:

A 100% confidential listening line, providing employees with a safe space to speak and access to qualified professional support.
Targeted training to help teams recognise signs of emotional distress and know how to respond appropriately.
Awareness and anti-stigma campaigns to encourage open conversations and break the silence surrounding mental health.
A safe and supportive environment where employees can express themselves freely, without judgement.
Taking Care of Those Who Take Care of Our Clients
More than simply an HR initiative, “Ki Position, Tou Korek” places human dignity and well-being at the heart of our management approach.

Behind every employee is a person with their own story, experiences and challenges — some of which may remain unseen. Through this programme, Coquille Bonheur is making compassion and care a shared responsibility across the organisation.

Sometimes, simply asking “Are you okay?” can open the door to a conversation, offer much-needed support and, potentially, save a life.

With “Ki Position, Tou Korek”, Coquille Bonheur reaffirms its commitment to creating a workplace where people feel heard, supported and valued.

Because beyond the profession, there is the human being.

  • 18 August 2026: Don't Let Someone Struggle In Silence.

KEEP GOING. REACH OUT. YOU’RE NOT ALONE.

Sometimes, the strongest thing we can do is speak up, listen, and remind someone that they matter. Through our “Ki Position? Tou Korek?” campaign, we want to encourage open conversations around emotional well-being and remind everyone that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Let’s check in on one another. A simple “Are you okay?” can mean more than we realise.

  • 20 August 2026: Give Yourself Permission to pause.

Life can get busy, overwhelming, and exhausting. Sometimes, you simply need to slow down, take a breath, and give yourself a moment. Taking a pause isn’t giving up — it’s giving yourself the space to recharge, reflect, and keep moving forward.
Remember to check in with yourself and with the people around you. A kind word, a listening ear, or simply being there can make a meaningful difference. Take a breath. Take a moment. Be kind to yourself. Because your well-being matters.

  • 25 August 2026: A Busy Day Shouldn’t Cost Your Peace.

Work can be demanding, deadlines can pile up, and some days simply feel heavier than others. Behind every busy day is a person who deserves a moment to breathe. Take a breath. Pause when you need to. Keep going. Take it one day at a time.
Together, let’s create a workplace where well-being, kindness and support come first.
