It’s Been Busy For Coquille Bonheur 
CB is now in its thirteenth year of operation. Every single day has been as exciting as the very first day that the office opened its door at 33, Apollo Street. On behalf of my entire team I wish you a great new year filled with happiness and success. I wish to express a profound thought of gratitude for your encouraging support during 2018.

We lead in innovative services, we continue to deliver amazing experiences because we have acquired a powerful service culture. Every encounter with clients matters. The rules we play by, are those of our values, of above all we care. Excellence will always inspire.

We have had many achievements during the last years, which are tangible and visible. For that, I would like to thank all my staff who have stood with me, who have supported me, for being there for the company, for the hard work and for our profession. Together we have had these many shared achievements amidst a lot of challenges.

Just to mention a few, of the 2018 achievements:

  • Recognition from Costa Cruise President Mr. Neil Palomba for our remarkable Support and Commitment during complex crisis moments

  • Voted Mauritius Best DMC 2017 / 2018
  • Thompsons Holidays (SA) Preferred Supplier 2018
    We did not fail in our responsibility towards the community:

Once again Lucky Shell held its Kids Day for our staff and for underprivileged children and their parents.
We renewed our pledged to “The Code” with the mission to provide awareness, tools and support to the tourism industry to prevent the sexual exploitation of children.

We did not spare any efforts in more anonymous initiatives. It is for us a dedicated privilege being able to somehow help the community, through support to and caring of other people in need.

Mauritius would not be a high-end destination without passionate operators, always eager to make significant and meaningful difference.  It’s important for us to move forward as swiftly as we can in 2019. We shall be renewing our fleet again introducing some new Mercedes Vito, continue training for all employees and develop our products. Our philosophy is to constantly offer to our customers a real opportunity of enjoying a fulfilling holiday, a privileged moment to discover everything that is authentic. These will certainly remain our priorities.

Our goal is to offer to all our visitors many reasons to return. As it is yours as well, we thus look forward to the great pleasure of working with you again.
