The year 2023 marked a period of growth, resilience and solidarity, and we are grateful to have walked this path together. Together, we were the first to achieve Gold Distinction last year, and this year we reached a new pinnacle with MS165:2019 certification. It is in unity that we have drawn the strength we need to move forward. Our collective successes and individual achievements testify to our determination and commitment to a better future.
We have redoubled our efforts to be even more responsible, generous and supportive of community well-being, social inclusion and environmental impact. Many commendable initiatives mark this year as it draws to a close. We salute the efforts of each and every one of our employees.
