Coquille Bonheur congratulates Tina and Jérôme Fabre and the whole team of the Institut Escoffier for their prestigious initiative which allowed the Mauricie Island to be welcomed in the competition of “La Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie”. You all already deserve a Gold Medal for this complex and arduous ambition. What better way for an island covered in sugar cane, what better way to make our island shine abroad and what better way to promote our destination to the whole world. Well done, we wish you the greatest success.
